Guest Reviews & Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were spacious and great for the price, but unfortunately, they were filthy and had cigarette burns all over the room. The service was a mix with some staff being polite, but the older lady who I assume is the assistant manager was rude and unprofessional. The location was a bit concerning due to the presence of homeless individuals, but it was close to restaurants and downtown. The dining experience was minimal, with frozen waffles and packaged sweet buns, and the facilities were okay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was convenient, close to downtown Sacramento and the airport, but the area was a bit run down with homeless people nearby. The service was a mixed bag, with nice and understanding staff but also some inexperienced and apathetic employees. The rooms had issues with lights and TV but were eventually fixed, though the smoke smell was quite bothersome. The dining options were minimal and disappointing, especially when breakfast items were gone early, leaving a lot to be desired.
My stay at Hawthorn Suites was average. The rooms smelled slightly like smoke, and there seemed to be a mix of smoking and non-smoking guests. The service was not up to par, with the manager accusing us of smoking indoors when we were not. The location was not ideal due to the presence of homeless individuals, making it feel unsafe at night. However, it was conveniently close to downtown and public transportation. The dining options were limited and not very appealing. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
